We require a 50% deposit to hold a reservation with the balance due upon check in. Your reservation is not complete until we receive both your 50% credit card deposit as well as your signed Guest Rental Agreement. We take Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

There is a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights of more. There is also a $10.00 pet fee per day and per pet. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Cats and birds are not accepted. Idaho tax rate is 8%. Our prime season rates begin June 15th and end September 15. Please see our rate sheet for prime season and regular season rates.
